This introductory course to the ADA is designed for employers and supervisors to meet their compliance, and to help increase knowledge and understanding when dealing with requests of accommodation with regards to disabilities.

Family and Medical Leave Act for Supervisors Training

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is designed to help employees balance their work and family responsibilities by allowing them to take reasonable, job-protected, unpaid leave for certain covered reasons.

HR Proactive’s training program will help meet your FMLA requirements by providing you with a FMLA regulations program to train supervisors and other individuals who will be determining FMLA eligibility or monitoring leave on a day-to-day basis. Our Supervisor Leadership Series is a 4-video training bundle developed for new Managers and Supervisors. The bundle includes Communication & Coaching for Leaders, Managing Workplace Conflict, Promoting Positive Personal Conduct at Work, and Time Management. Each training video is approximately 15-minutes in length. This leadership training package provides the tools required to effectively lead a team and promote a professional work environment focused on setting and achieving goals and priorities.

Unconscious Bias & Microaggressions

Unconscious biases and microaggressions may not significantly affect every single interaction or decision, but their cumulative effects over time can cause unintended harm to others. It is important to remember that while we all have unconscious biases, they can be changed by examining our own personal beliefs, values, attitudes, and perceptions. HR Proactive Inc. releases a training module to compliment other anti-harassment/discrimination programs on unconscious bias and microaggressions.
