HR Proactive offers one-to-one leadership coaching to address the following areas:

  1. Modification of existing leadership skills to be more flexible and responsive to the changing demands of the workplace.
  2. Ensuring task completion and achievement of organizational goals while maintaining effective working relationships.

The coaching model used by our Associates focuses on developing the leader’s awareness of their current leadership and interpersonal styles. The leader is then assisted in building a customized plan for modifying their approach to respond to diverse situations and personalities in a flexible and effective manner.
